David P. Paul is the Regional Director, Spokane Regional Office, Risk Management Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, which provides risk management protection to Pacific Northwest farmers through a sound, revitalized crop insurance program.

Dave, who has over 24 years of experience with USDA and the Private Crop Insurance Industry, has focused his work on listening to the concerns and needs of agricultural producers to effect positive changes to the crop insurance program in the Pacific Northwest. Dave has directed the Field Underwriting Office in Billings, Montana, the Field Compliance Office in Eagan, Minnesota, and the Regional Office in Spokane for RMA.

Born in Minot, North Dakota, Mr. Paul is a 1981 graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
