Establishing
The Western Center for Risk Management Education has enhanced and
is continuing to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of risk management
training for agricultural producers in the western region. The Center
is working to improve communication among parties interested in developing
and delivering agricultural risk management training, facilitate effective
partnerships dedicated to RME, insure that special and targeted audiences
are served, and that materials and programs "fit" the audience.
The Center fosters and promotes the open exchange of ideas, focuses
RME efforts on results, facilitates collaboration, and integration
of activities among individuals, agencies, universities, and organizations
interested in improving the risk management skills of producers and
their families. |
